If you are writing about special discount for upgrading, please include the name of the NutriGenie software you previously purchased and the user's name under which it was registered.

If you are writing because you haven't received the software you ordered: Depending on your location, it can take up to 10 days for the software CD to reach you. However, do not wait longer than 10 days before notifying us. You can always download the full version of the software for immediate use while waiting for the CD. Just let us know so we can email you the link to download.
