Q: Why do I have to pay 'shipping and handling' fee when I choose to download the purchased software instead of receiving it on a CD by regular mail?

A: A small 'shipping and handling' fee is assessed even when the customer elects to download the software because downloading the full version of the software requires our immediate attention: we set up the files and process the download requests within a few hours of receiving the orders, evenings and weekends frequently included (when we are at our office). This fee covers the 'express' service entailed by downloading.
